Duties:
- Diary Management of own case load
- Uploading client documentation to lender portals and internal CRM systems
- Reviewing client documentation
- Chasing lenders, solicitors and associated third parties for case updates
- Ensuring that a full audit trail is made and follow up tasks are made for compliance purposes
- Preparation of paperwork and applications
- Maintaining and updating data on internal CRM systems
- Handling general telephone enquiries and inbound calls
- Liaise with advisers and clients on the progress of each application
